I'm Melanie 

I am a yoga teacher focused on women's yoga, nervous system support, and deep rest.

This work grew from something personal.

"My deeper focus on women’s health grew from my own journey. While trying to conceive, I began to see how strongly I was living in a yang-based way, in my schedule, in my nervous system, and even in my yoga practice. I realised I needed a more yin approach, one that honoured recovery, softness, and the rhythms of the body. Learning to live in a way that respects my cycle changed my relationship with myself. It also shaped the kind of space I now hold for other women.​"

I have been teaching yoga since 2014. Over the years, my training has grown to include yin and restorative therapeutics, pranayama, somatic healing, nervous system regulation, fertility yoga, IVF support, and prenatal and postnatal yoga.

I have an ongoing interest in practices that support inner safety, embodied awareness,

and a slower, more internal approach to women's wellbeing.

At the moment, I am continuing my training in yoga therapy and anxiety support,

and integrating hypnosis and meditation more deeply into my teachings.

This work keeps evolving, and so do I.
